1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	Model 203	AR88.40-P-1000P

2	Remove front engine cover (1)	Pull out front engine cover (1) from mounts.
3	Remove fan shroud	Engine 273	AR20.40-P-5000QB
4	Remove poly-V-belt		AR13.22-P-1202QB
5	Lock poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)	Swivel poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) at hexagon (2a) in an anti-clockwise direction and lock in place using drift (3).
6	Remove bolts (2b) and poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)		*BA13.25-P-1001-01P
7	Unclamp poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)	-->Only when replacing the poly-V-belt tensioning device (2). Clamp poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (2a) in an anticlockwise direction, pull out drift (3) and slacken poly-V-belt tensioning device (2). Installation:  The poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) can only be installed when locked.
8	Install in the reverse order
