Checking brake booster hydraulic unit - AR42.50-P-0001MB: Notes

MODEL 220.175 /178 with CODE (Z07) Top protection 

	Check
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
	The battery voltage must be between 11 and 14 V	The following test operations must be performed consecutively, with the test results be noted at the conclusion of each individual operation.
	This test must be conducted at a room temperature of between 18° C and 23° C	All of the component operations within the overall test procedure must be carried out before analysis and assessment can start.

		Brake fluid replacement unit	*WE58.40-Z-1001-07A
6	Checking monitoring system		AR42.50-P-0001-03MB
7	Reservoir preload test		AR42.50-P-0001-04MB
8	Check cockpit warning displays		AR42.50-P-0001-05MB
9	Check charge time of motor-and-pump assembly		AR42.50-P-0001-06MB
10	Check motor-and-pump assembly cycling points		AR42.50-P-0001-07MB
11	Check warning display trigger points		AR42.50-P-0001-08MB
12	Check for leaks		AR42.50-P-0001-09MB
13	Assess the results of the individual test operations and then replace the components indicated ↓
	Remove/install
14	Remove brake booster hydraulic unit		AR42.10-P-0302MB
15	Remove motor-and-pump assembly		AR42.10-P-0303MB
16	Remove motor-and-pump assembly pressure reservoir
17	Remove brake booster hydraulic unit pressure reservoir
18	Remove ESP control unit
19	After replacing one or several components, repeat the entire test process.
20	Detach pressure gauge		AR42.50-P-0001-02MB
