1	Lift vehicle on lifting platform.

2	Remove brush guard

	Remove brush guard	As of VIN A289565, X754620.	AR88.30-P-2000-01GI
3	Unscrew nuts for brush guard bracket (20) on both sides
4.1	Remove noise encapsulation	Only model 163.113/128.
	Remove/install noise encapsulation		AR94.30-P-5400GH
4.2	Detach lower engine compartment paneling	Only model 163.157/172/174/175.
	Remove/install bottom engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105GH
	Install
5.1	Remove frame longitudinal member	Only on vehicles up to VIN A145272, X708318.	AN31.30-P-0001-01A
6	Rivet rivet nuts (18) into auxiliary frame (21)		*WH58.30-Z-1004-29A
7	Install underride guard front section to brush guard		AN88.30-P-0003-01A
			*BA88.30-P-1011-01A
8	Slide retaining bracket (3) over frame longitudinal member (27)	Position retaining bracket in center in relation to oblong holes on bottom of frame longitudinal member. Position long leg of retaining bracket on inside of frame longitudinal member.
9	Slide mounting plate (4, 5) over retaining bracket (3) from bottom, align and fasten with M10 nuts (6) and washers ø 20X10,5X2 (7)		*BA88.30-P-1012-01A
10.1	Install noise encapsulation	Model 210.0/2.
	Remove/install noise encapsulation		AR94.30-P-5400GH
10.2	Install bottom engine compartment covering	Only model 163.157/172/174/175.
	Remove/install bottom engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105GH
11	Fasten bracket (8, 9) to mounting plate (4, 5) with M10 nuts (6) and washers ø 20X10,5X2 (7)	Right mount is marked with "RH  ", left mount with "LH  "	*BA88.30-P-1013-01A
12	Hook support (10, 11) into threaded bolt of bracket (8, 9) and into threaded bolt for brush guard bracket (25)	Right support is marked with "RH  ", left support with "LH  "
13	Fasten support (10, 11) to threaded bolt for brush guard bracket on both vehicle sides with M10 nuts (6) and washers ø 30X10,5X2,5 (14)	Do not yet tighten nuts.
14	Fasten rear section of underride guard (2) with bolts M6X16 (16) and washers ø 17X6,4X4 (17) to auxiliary frame (21)	Do not yet tighten bolts.
15	Install brush guard
16	First hook rear section of underride guard (2), then front section of underride guard (1) into threaded bolt of bracket (8, 9) and fasten with M10 nuts (6) and washers ø 30X10,5X2,5 (14)	Do not yet tighten nuts.
17	Install front section of underride guard (1) to rear section of underride guard (2) with bolts M10X25 (15) and washers ø 30X10,5X2,5 (14)	Do not yet tighten bolts.
18	Align front section of underride guard (1) to rear section of underride guard (2) to one another and tighten all bolts/nuts.		*BA88.30-P-1001-01A
