Removing and installing expansion valve - ra83001400880x(0880)

Air conditioner	Empty (recycling).
Control unit for rear air conditioner	Remove (Control unit for rear air conditioner ).
Center console	Remove (REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE CENTER CONSOLE ).
Floor covering front left floor carpeting	Remove (REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR COVER, FRONT ).
Suction and pressure line	Remove from expansion valve (screw 5), seal opening (parts set 150 830 01 27).
Injection nozzle (107)	Remove.
	The injection nozzle (107) should always be renewed after removal.
Install	In reverse sequence, renew O-rings at the same time and lubricate with compressor oil.
Receiver dehydrator	Renew (Removing, installing and replacing receiver dehydrator ).
Air conditioner	Evacuate, refill, check function and check for leaks; run engine at idle speed only in the first 4 minutes.
	Parts which have come into contact with refrigerant oil R12 or R134a may only be installed in systems operating with the same refrigerant. After completing the work: Erase fault memory in the control unit (Diagnosis manual - air conditioning).
