Sliding Door Pad Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Side door garnish. (See SIDE DOOR GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Rear side trim. (See REAR SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Sliding door trim. (See SLIDING DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the service hole cover.

  4. Remove the fasteners.
    Fig 2: Identifying Sliding Door Pad And Fasteners

  5. Remove the sliding door pad.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
