Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT TONNEAU COVER HINGE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE PLATE ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction (1) Remove in this Direction (2)
      Remove in this Direction (3) - -
      1. Apply the protective tape as shown in the illustration.
      2. Using moulding remove D, detach the claw as shown in the illustration.
      3. Using moulding remove D, detach the claw and clip as shown in the illustration.
      4. Using moulding remove D, detach the claw and remove the rear seat console table plate assembly as shown in the illustration.
  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE FRONT TABLE PLATE FRAME

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX INSERT

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX COVER LH

      Remove in this Direction - -
  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX COVER RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  10. REMOVE MOBILE WIRELESS CHARGER CRADLE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX FRONT PANEL

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Detach the claw and remove the rear seat console box front panel as shown in the illustration.
      2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the clamp.

        HINT: 

        Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

      3. Disconnect the 2 connector.
      4. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the connector cover.
  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 AIR DUCT

      Remove in this Direction - -
  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 AIR DUCT 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the rear No. 1 air duct.
  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX REAR PANEL

      1. Using moulding remove B, detach the claw as shown in the illustration.
      2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear seat console box rear panel as shown in the illustration.
  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST SUB-ASSEMBLY

  16. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET

      1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the rear console box cover.

        HINT: 

        Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.
