Disassembly [10/2016 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 
    1. Disengage the 14 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  7. REMOVE CONNECTOR BRACKET (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Disengage the clamp to remove the connector bracket.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  11. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Disengage the 11 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides to remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  13. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  14. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE BRACKET LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the clip.
    3. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the front bumper side bracket LH.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE BRACKET RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the clip and No. 2 cool air intake duct.
  18. REMOVE NO. 1 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 cool air intake duct.

  19. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer as shown in the illustration.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  20. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH 
    1. Disengage the 5 claws to remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  21. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE (for Type A) 
    1. Remove the No. 1 moulding tape.

  23. REMOVE NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE (for Type B)

  24. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER RETAINER BRACKET

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 front bumper retainer bracket as shown in the illustration.

  25. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT BUMPER RETAINER BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 front bumper retainer bracket.

  26. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook to remove the lower front bumper cover.
  27. REMOVE FRONT ENERGY ABSORBER MOUNTING PLATE

    2. Remove the 2 clips.
    3. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front energy absorber mounting plate as shown in the illustration.

    1. Disengage the 7 clips and remove the radiator grille protector.
