License Plate Light Assembly: Removal

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR REINFORCEMENT  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE LUGGAGE KEY ELECTRICAL SWITCH  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Parking Assist Monitor System)  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH  (See REMOVAL  )
  9. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT OUTSIDE DOOR GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector
    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the license plate light assembly as shown in the illustration.
