Luggage Compartment Door Garnish: Installation

  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT OUTSIDE DOOR GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 5 clips and install the luggage compartment outside door garnish sub-assembly.
    2. Install the 3 nuts

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR PLATE  (See INSTALLATION  )
  3. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE  (See INSTALLATION  )
  4. INSTALL REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side

  6. INSTALL TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Parking Assist Monitor System)  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL LUGGAGE KEY ELECTRICAL SWITCH 
    1. Install the luggage key electrical switch with nut

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the connector.

  8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door reinforcement with 2 nuts

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

    2. Install the clip

  9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door cover with the 12 clips

  10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. INSTALL LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE  (See INSTALLATION )
  12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door assist grip with the 2 screws
    2. Engage the 3 claws and install the cover
