Raise and support the vehicle Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Remove the muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL .
Remove the rear stabilizer bar. Refer to STABILIZER BAR, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL .
Remove the remaining knuckle. Refer to KNUCKLE, REAR, REMOVAL .
Separate the vent tube from the crossmember.

Remove the ride height sensor, if equipped.

Separate the wire harness from the crossmember.

Remove the rear crossmember mounting bolts (2, 3) and remove the rear crossmember (4) from the vehicle.
If necessary, remove the rear driveline module. Refer to REMOVAL .
If necessary, remove the spring links. Refer to LINK, SPRING, REMOVAL .
If necessary, remove the bushings. Refer to ISOLATOR, REAR CROSSMEMBER, FRAME, REMOVAL .
