All Wheel Drive

If necessary, install the bushings. Refer to ISOLATOR, REAR CROSSMEMBER, FRAME, INSTALLATION .
If necessary, install the spring links. Refer to LINK, SPRING, INSTALLATION .
If necessary, install the rear driveline module. Refer to INSTALLATION .
Install the rear crossmember (2) to the body and install the mounting bolts (1, 3) and tighten to 150 N.m (111 ft. lbs.).
Install the rear stabilizer bar. Refer to STABILIZER BAR, REAR SUSPENSION, INSTALLATION .

Connect the wire harness (1) to the crossmember.

Connect the vent tube (1) to the crossmember.

Install the ride height sensor (1), if equipped.
Install the knuckles as necessary. Refer to KNUCKLE, REAR, INSTALLATION .
Install the exhaust to the vehicle. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, INSTALLATION .
Lower the vehicle and tighten the following fasteners with the vehicle at normal ride height:
- Lower transversal link to rear crossmember: 90 N.m (66 ft. lbs.) Plus 45°.
- Upper transversal link to rear crossmember: 90 N.m (66 ft. lbs.) Plus 45°.
- Upper transversal link to lower control arm: 80 N.m (59 ft. lbs.) Plus 45°.
Perform a wheel alignment.
Refer to WHEEL ALIGNMENT, STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Then tighten the lower transversal link to lower control arm bolt to 130 N.m (96 ft. lbs.).
