Stabilizer Bar, Rear Suspension: Installation

Position the stabilizer bar (2) on the rear crossmember.
Install the upper and lower retaining screws (5) in the mounting holes. Do not tighten the screws at this time.

On each side of the vehicle, install the stabilizer link (2) studs, to the stabilizer bar. Install the stabilizer link nut to stabilizer bar (1) on each end and while holding the stabilizer link stud stationary, tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

On each side of the vehicle, tighten the stabilizer bar to rear crossmember bolts (1) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

On each side of the vehicle, position the brackets to the crossmember and to the body, install the rear crossmember bracket to body bolts (2) and the bracket to cradle nuts (1).
Tighten rear crossmember bracket to body bolts (2) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Tighten the bracket to cradle nuts (1) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
