Isolator, Rear CROSSMEMBER, Frame: Installation

- Position isolator (1) on crossmember (2) isolator bore.NOTE:
Prior to using special tools, lubricate Press, Ball Joint (3) threads to provide ease of use and promote tool longevity.
- Assemble tools over isolator as shown:
- (special tool #10106-2, Receiver, Depth Setting)
- (special tool #9958-3, Installer, Bushing)
- (special tool #C-4212F, Press, Ball Joint)
- Tighten Press, Ball Joint screw-drive, pressing isolator (5) into crossmember (4). Install isolator until isolator can flange contacts surface of crossmember.
- Remove tools.
- Install the rear suspension crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, REAR SUSPENSION, INSTALLATION .
