Refer to a symptom diagnostic procedure from the following list in order to diagnose the symptom:
- Steering Column Tilt/Telescoping Inoperative
- Ignition Can/Cannot Be Turned Off with Transmission in Any Gear
- Heated Steering Wheel Inoperative
- Ignition Key Cannot Be Removed from the Ignition Lock Cylinder (Floor Shift) or Ignition Key Cannot Be Removed from the Ignition Lock Cylinder (Column shift)
- Ignition Key Cannot Turn or Sticks in Any Position
