Installation Procedure

    Front Fender (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

    Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  3. Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (3) - Install

  5. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 
  6. Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Insulator (2) - Install

  8. Front Fender Filler Insulator Clip (1) - Install

    Front Wheelhouse Rear Liner (3) - Install

  10. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install

    Rocker Panel Front Molding (1) - Install

    Front Side Door Lower Auxiliary Weatherstrip (2) - Install

  14. Front Side Door Lower Auxiliary Weatherstrip Retainer (1) - Install [10x]
  15. Close the front and rear door.

    Rocker Panel Molding Jacking Opening Front Cover (1) - Install

    With the aid of an assistant, install the assist step (1).

    Assist Step Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Assist Step Bracket Cover - Rear (1) - Install

  23. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

    Front Bumper Fascia Guide (3) - Install

  25. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  26. Front Bumper Fascia Guide Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

    Front Wheel Opening Molding (3) - Install

  29. Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (2) - Engage [12x]
  30. Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]
  31. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  32. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.

    Front Fender Paint Protector (2) - Install

  34. Front Fender Paint Protector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Ornamentation Vent (1) - Install

  36. Front Fender Ornamentation Vent Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield (1) - Install

    Turn the 3 front compartment sight shield retainers (1) a quarter turn clockwise to install.

  39. Close the hood.
