Installation Procedure

    Front Fender (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  3. Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  5. Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Apply Structural foam 3M™ NVH Dampening Material or equivalent to the front compartment side rail baffle (1).

    Front Fender Upper Rear Molding (1) - Install

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension (1) - Install

    Front Fender Insulator (2) - Install

    Front Wheelhouse Liner (1) - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

    Position the rocker panel molding (2) to the vehicle and seat the rocker panel molding retainers (1) into the body side outer panel.

  15. Rocker Panel Molding (2) - Install

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector- Upper (2) - Install

  17. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheel Opening Molding (2) - Install

  20. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  21. Close both front and rear side doors.
  22. Lower the vehicle.

    Front Headlamp (2) - Install

  24. Connect the electrical connector.

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten- Fastener Specifications

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  28. After installation, aim the front headlamps. Front Headlamp Aiming

    Front Bumper Fascia Guide (2) - Install

  30. Front Bumper Fascia Guide Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheelhouse Liner (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Base) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (AT4)
