Installation Procedure

- Install Air Conditioning Condenser (2)
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Condenser Brace Bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Install Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector (2). Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)
- Install Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector (2). Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)
- Install Condenser Outlet Tube (5). Refer to Condenser Outlet Tube Replacement (LGX)
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Install Front Bumper Fascia Center Support (Lower). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement
- Install Front Bumper Fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
- Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX)
- Install Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
- Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX)
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
