Front Fender Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the rocker panel molding. Refer to Rocker Panel Molding Replacement . Remove the bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . Remove the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement . Remove the air inlet grille panel side seal. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Side Seal Replacement .
1	Front Fender Bolt (Qty: 9) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 3 N.m (25 lb in)
2	Front Fender Bolt Procedure: Open the door to access the bolt. Tighten: 3 N.m (25 lb in)
3	Front Fender Bolt Tip: The bolt is attached vertical to the fender. Simply loosen the bolt rather than remove it and risk losing it in the plenum. Tighten: 3 N.m (25 lb in)
4	Front Fender Tip: Peel tape and press in place prior to new fender installation to achieve proper flushness to windshield pillar.
