Single power window is inoperative - driver power window	Circuitry. Driver (master) window control switch. Driver power window motor. Smart junction box (SJB).	Go To PINPOINT TEST B: SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - DRIVER POWER WINDOW .
Single power window is inoperative - passenger power window	Circuitry. Passenger power window switch. Passenger power window motor. Driver window control switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST C: SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - PASSENGER POWER WINDOW .
The one touch down feature is inoperative	One touch down relay. Smart junction box (SJB). Master window control switch. Circuitry.	Go To PINPOINT TEST D: THE ONE TOUCH DOWN FEATURE IS INOPERATIVE .
No communication with the module - smart junction box	Circuitry. Fuse. Smart junction box (SJB).	REFER to INTERIOR LIGHTING .
The delayed accessory relay is inoperative/does not operate correctly	Circuitry. Delayed accessory relay. Smart junction box (SJB).	Go To PINPOINT TEST E: THE DELAYED ACCESSORY RELAY IS INOPERATIVE/DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY .
The delayed accessory relay does not turn off/all windows operate with the ignition in the OFF position.	Circuitry. Smart junction box (SJB). Accessory delay relay.	Go To PINPOINT TEST F: THE DELAYED ACCESSORY RELAY DOES NOT TURN OFF .
