Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the instrument panel center bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL, CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Remove lower glove box from instrument panel. Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, LOWER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

4. Through the lower glove box opening remove the two fasteners (1) located at the rear of the upper glove box.
5. Remove the right side air outlet vent. Refer to OUTER AIR OUTLETS .
6. Remove the WiFi antenna. Refer to ANTENNA, BLUETOOTH/WIFI, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

7. Remove the seven upper glove box fasteners (1).

8. Partial remove the upper glove box and disconnect the upper glove box light wire harness connector (1).

9. Remove upper glove box from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Partial install the upper glove box and connect the storage bin light wire harness connector (1).
2. Engage the upper glove box retainer clips and fully seat the upper glove box to the instrument panel.

3. Install and securely tighten the upper glove box fasteners (1) and tighten securely.

4. Through the lower glove box opening install the upper glove box fastener (1) at rear of upper glove box and tighten securely.
5. Install the WiFi antenna. Refer to ANTENNA, BLUETOOTH/WIFI, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Install the right side air outlet vent. Refer to OUTER AIR OUTLETS .
7. Install the lower glove box to the instrument panel. Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, LOWER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
8. Install the instrument panel center bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL, CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
9. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
