Installation Procedure

- Brake Pipe - Install
- CAUTION:
Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @Brake Hose - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Clip (1) @Side Rail - Secure
- Lower the vehicle.
Clip (1) - Secure
- Clip (2) - Secure
Clip (1) - Secure
Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LKN) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LFV) - Install
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
