Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Heater Outlet Hose @ Radiator Surge TankRemove - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose @ Radiator Surge TankRemove - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank)
1	Radiator Surge Tank Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Radiator Surge Tank Procedure Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Radiator Surge Tank

Procedure

Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
