Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Heater Coolant Pump Hose @ Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Heater Coolant Pump Hose Replacement (Inlet) , or Heater Coolant Pump Hose Replacement (Outlet) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose @ Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe to Water Outlet, LFV) , or Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank, LFV) Engine Wiring Harness @ Radiator Surge Tank - Unclip
1	Radiator Surge Tank Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Radiator Surge Tank Procedure Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.

Engine Wiring Harness @ Radiator Surge Tank - Unclip

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Procedure

Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
