Position the Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) into the vehicle and temporarily support it.

Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly (1) - Install - Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement (Without HP4) , or Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement (With HP4)

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

From within the engine compartment, install the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module nut (1) securing the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module to the cowl panel, and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LFV, LTG) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LKN)
Heater Outlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LFV) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LKN)
Heater Inlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Install - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LKN) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LFV)
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
Clear the DTCs.
Inspect for coolant leaks.
Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
