Installation Procedure
Install the air conditioning evaporator case (1) onto the heater and air conditioning evaporator (2).
Latch the air conditioning evaporator case (1) onto the heater and air conditioning evaporator indicated by the arrows.
Latch the air conditioning evaporator case (2) onto the heater and air conditioning evaporator indicated by the arrows.
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement
Latch the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower case (1) onto the air conditioning evaporator case indicated by the arrows.
- Air Conditioning Wiring Harness - Connect as necessary
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (1) - Install - Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Replacement
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) - Install
- Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Install - Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (2) - Install [2x] - Air Conditioning Evaporator Replacement (R-1234yf)
- Attach the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module insulator (1) to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.
Heater Core (2) - Install
- Rotate the heater core tube bracket (1) down and latch.
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (2) - Install - Heater Core Replacement
- Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Seal (1) - Install [2x]
