Installation Procedure

Install the transmission to the engine. Transmission Replacement
Position the powertrain and support table under the vehicle.

NOTE:

Ensure that all hoses, harnesses and pipes clear when raising the powertrain.

Raise the powertrain into position under the vehicle.
With the table positioned, if required, carefully raise the engine table and lower the body on the hoist until the engine/transaxle and frame are connected.
Install the drivetrain and front suspension cradle to the vehicle. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LKN)
Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Transmission Mount Bolt (4) Install NEW [3x] - Transmission Mount Replacement

Reposition the generator control module coolant pump and bracket to the frame.

Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Connect [2x]

Position the engine wiring harness (5) as needed.
Wiring Harness Connector (1) @ Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block - Install
Wiring Harness Connector (2) - Connect [2x]
Ground Cable Nut (3) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Wiring Harness Clip Nut (4) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Replacement (LKN)
Engine Control Module Bracket - Install - Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement

NOTE:

Reposition the wiring harness to the top of the engine.
