Assembly Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank fuel pump module to the tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (32L (8.5 US Gallon) Tank) Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (35L (9 US Gallon) Tank) .
  2. Connect the fuel tank wiring harness (2) to the fuel tank fuel pump module.

  3. Connect the fuel feed/evaporative emission separator (1) to the fuel tank fuel pump module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the evaporative emission canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (32L (8.5 US Gallon) Tank) Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (35L (9 US Gallon) Tank) .
