Preliminary Procedures Open the hood. Remove the air conditioning compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (2.0L Diesel LUZ) . Remove the belt idler pulley - pulley side. Refer to Belt Idler Pulley Replacement - Pulley Side . Remove the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .
1	Belt Idler Pulley Bracket Bolt (Qty: 5) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft) TIP: Mark the position of the bolts because of the different length.

Remove the air conditioning compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (2.0L Diesel LUZ) .
Remove the belt idler pulley - pulley side. Refer to Belt Idler Pulley Replacement - Pulley Side .
Remove the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .

Belt Idler Pulley Bracket Bolt (Qty: 5)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
50 N.m (37 lb ft)
TIP: Mark the position of the bolts because of the different length.
