Installation Procedure

    Rear Brake Caliper (2) - Install

  2. Rear Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  3. Remove the plug from the brake hose outlet.
  4. Remove the plug the rear brake caliper inlet.

    Rear Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (2) - Install NEW [2x]

  6. Rear Brake Hose (3) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install
  7. Rear Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Parking Brake Actuator Lever Seal (2) - Install NEW

  9. Rear Parking Brake Actuator (1) - Install

    Retainer (2) @ Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Secure

  11. Electrical Connector (1) @ Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Connect

    Rear Parking Brake Actuator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    {If equipped} Rear Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor (1) - Install

  14. {If equipped} Rear Brake Caliper Bleeder Valve Cap (2) - Install
  15. {If equipped} Retainer (3) - Install
  16. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  17. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (JE5, J6G) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J55)
  18. Check for brake system leaks.
  19. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  20. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  21. Calibrate the park brake. Park Brake Calibration
