Installation Procedure
- Install the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clip (1).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1) on the cowl.
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1).
- Install the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Install the upper intermediate steering shaft to the mid intermediate steering shaft. Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement (RWD With LTG) , or Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement (AWD With LGX, LTG)
- Power Vacuum Brake Booster - Install - Power Vacuum Brake Booster Replacement
- Connect the heater outlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG without KL9)
- Connect the heater inlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Install the outer fuel pump insulator. Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer)
- Install the plenum front panel. Plenum Front Panel Replacement
- Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
