Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the fuel pump. Fuel Pump Replacement
  2. Partially drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  3. Remove the radiator inlet pipe at the water outlet. Radiator Inlet Pipe Replacement (LTG)
1 Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (Qty: 3)

2 Heater Outlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill coolant to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  2. Inspect cooling system for leaks. Cooling System Leak Testing
