Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the outer fuel pump insulator. Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Inner) , or Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer)
  2. Remove the right side front end sheet metal diagonal brace. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side (ATS)
  3. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)

2 Heater Outlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Unclip the heater outlet hose from the retainer.
  2. Fill coolant to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  3. Inspect cooling system for leaks. Cooling System Leak Testing
