Front Floor Console Front Ashtray Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel lower trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the front floor console cup holder plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Cup Holder Plate Replacement .
  3. Remove the right front floor console extension panels. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Right Side .
1 Front Floor Console Front Ashtray Fasteners (Qty: 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Front Floor Console Front Ashtray

Procedure

  1. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retainers securing the ashtray to the instrument panel assembly.
  2. Move the slot on the top of the HVAC duct slightly to the right to help in the release the alignment pin.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connection.
