Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LFX)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Remove the radiator air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the radiator air side left and right baffles. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left SideRadiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side (LF3) , and Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right SideRadiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LF3) .
  5. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFX without V4U) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFX with V4U) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LF3) .
  6. Remove the air conditioning evaporator hose. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (without V4U) Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF3) Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (with V4U) .
  7. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (LFX, LF3) .
