Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LF3)

Preliminary Procedures

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
2. Remove the radiator air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
3. Remove the left and right radiator air side baffles. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left SideRadiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side (LF3) , and Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right SideRadiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LF3) .
4. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFX without V4U) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFX with V4U) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LF3) .
5. Remove the air conditioning evaporator hose from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (without V4U) Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF3) Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (with V4U) .
6. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (LFX, LF3) .
7. Remove the charge air cooler radiator. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LF3) .
8. Disconnect the air conditioning (A/C) refrigerant pressure sensor electrical connector.

Procedure

1. Transfer all parts as necessary.
2. Test the system for refrigerant leaks. Refer to Leak Testing (R-1234yf) Leak Testing (R-134a) .
