Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Removal and Installation Remove the rear seat head restraints. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement (Center) , Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement (Outboard) Remove the rear seat back cushion filler panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Filler Panel Replacement (40 Percent Seat) , Rear Seat Back Cushion Filler Panel Replacement (60 Percent Seat) Remove the rear seat recliner handle. Refer to Rear Seat Recliner Handle Replacement
1	Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover Procedure Remove the hog rings from the seat back pad. Disengage the j-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame. Disconnect the electrical connectors that attach to the seat back cushion, if equipped. Remove the seat back cushion cover and pad from the seat cushion frame as an assembly.
2	Rear Seat Back Cushion Pad Procedure Pull the cover away from the pad to disengage the retainers.

Procedure

Remove the hog rings from the seat back pad.
Disengage the j-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame.
Disconnect the electrical connectors that attach to the seat back cushion, if equipped.
Remove the seat back cushion cover and pad from the seat cushion frame as an assembly.

Procedure
Pull the cover away from the pad to disengage the retainers.
