Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LUK)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Remove the AC Compressor and Condenser Hose from condenser assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement .
  4. Remove the AC Evaporator Hose from condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LUK) .
  5. Remove the AC refrigerant pressure sensor. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement .
  6. Support the radiator and condenser assembly, then remove the radiator support brackets. Refer to Radiator Support Bracket Replacement .
1 Air Conditioning Condenser Assembly
NOTE:

Remove the condenser assembly from below.

Procedure

  1. Lower the radiator and condenser assembly enough to access condenser assembly retainers.
  2. Release the 2 condenser assembly retainers.
