Removing air conditioning condenser evaporator pressure line
WARNING:

- Make sure that there is no charger connected to the jump start terminal in the engine compartment.
- Detach battery ground lead from battery.
- For auxiliary batteries: Detach battery minus cables from all auxiliary batteries.

Refrigerant circuit under high pressure.

- Detach battery terminal from battery pole by carefully shifting to and fro. Do not pry off using a tool.

Disconnect the refrigerant line from the expansion valve
CAUTION:
Residual pressure in the heating and air conditioning system.

- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when disconnecting the refrigerant line.
- Close the refrigerant lines with seal plugs.
- Open the holder (1) .
- Loosen nut (1) .
- Remove the refrigerant line (2)
and set it aside.
- Unlock and disconnect the vacuum line (1)
.
- Unlock the lock (1) below at the pipe neck (2) .
- Detach the pipe neck (2) from the guide (3) .
- Put the positive pipe neck (2) to one side.
- Unclip hose support (4) .
- Loosen screw (1) .
- Remove the pressure line (3) from the air conditioning condenser (2) .
- Fully feed out and remove the pressure line (3) .
