Remove the underbody protection of the steering gear

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION .

• Version A: 

  Release the screws (arrows) of the wheel arch cover on the bottom wheel arch cover

  Fold the bottom wheel arch cover to the side.

  Loosen screws (1).

  Remove underbody protection (2) of the steering gear.

• Version B: 

  Loosen screws (1).

  Remove holder (2) for the skid plate.

  Loosen screws (3).

  Feed out and remove the underbody protection (4) of the steering gear
