Installing refrigerant line between the air conditioning condenser and the evaporator

- Replace O-rings of the refrigerant line (3)

Parts: O-rings
- Insert the refrigerant line (3) all the way and position correctly.
- Tighten down screw (1) .

Installing the safety pressure switch N63/S63
- Correctly position and tighten the safety pressure switch (2) .

- In case of restricted accessibility:
Tighten the safety pressure switch (2) with the special tool 0 490 295 (00 3 204) .

- Insert and connect the connector (1) .

Remove the battery cover .
NOTE: The following step(s) must be performed if the listed component(s) is/are installed.- Remove the special tool 2 452 007 from the battery.
- Install the cover (2).
- Lock the lock (1).
