Installing the electric coolant pump for the charge air cooler and the air conditioning condenser
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Position electric coolant pump (3) .
- Connect and lock the connector (2) .
- Make sure the connector (2) engages audibly.
- Connect and lock coolant line (1) .
- Make sure that the coolant line (1)
engages audibly.
- Insert and install the retainer (1) .
- Make sure the retainer (1) is correctly positioned on the bracket (2) .
- Tighten nut (3)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Electric coolant pump to holder M6 tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect and lock coolant line (1) .
- Make sure that the coolant line (1)
engages audibly.
