Replacing the rear emblem

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING REAR DECK .
• Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM FOR THE TOP REAR WINDOW FRAME .
• Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM ON THE REAR WINDOW FRAME ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE .
• Refer to REMOVING TRUNK COMPARTMENT LIGHT ON TRUNK LID .
• Refer to REMOVING THE SWITCH FOR AUTOMATIC TAILGATE OPERATION .
• Refer to REMOVING TAILGATE TRIM PANEL .
• Refer to REMOVING THE REAR EMBLEM .

Removing the spray nozzle for the rearview camera 

• Loosen the detents (1)  .
• Pull out the spray nozzle for rearview camera (2)  from emblem (3)  .

Removing the rear UCAP 

• Unlock the locks (1)  .
• Guide out and remove UCAP (2)  from emblem (3)  .

• Replace the emblem.

Installing the rear UCAP 

• Guide UCAP (2)  in emblem (3)  and position it properly.
• Lock the locks (1)  .
• Check the correct and firm end position of the camera and correct it if necessary.

Install the spray nozzle for the rearview camera 

• Position the spray nozzle for the rearview camera (2)  in the emblem (3)  and engage in the detents (1)  .
