Installing the seal from the windshield panel
- Coat the seal on the windshield panel (1) in the area of the windshield at top with a suitable lubricant.
- Carefully feed in the seal on the windshield panel (1) at the windshield at top starting at the side.
- Insert the seal on the windshield panel (1) on the body on the side at left and right.
- Make sure the seal on the windshield panel is fitted properly 1 on all adjacent parts.
- Tighten down screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Windshield panel seal on body Screw tightening torque 2.5 Nm
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Slightly lever out the seal (1)
and tighten the screw underneath (2)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Windshield panel trim to A-pillar Screw tightening torque 2.5 Nm
