Installing the rear bumper cover
- Install the front bumper cover (1).
With the help of a support person, slide in the bumper cover (1) and connect all plug connections while doing so.
- Position the bumper cover (1) on the snap-in lugs (2) and clip in.NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Clip in the bumper cover (2) on the detents in the area (3).
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Bumper panel, rear Hexagon screw Tightening torque 3.0 Nm - Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Bumper panel, rear Hexagon screw Tightening torque 3.0 Nm - Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Bumper panel, rear Hexagon screw Tightening torque 3.0 Nm NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side. - Check the clip (2).
Clip (2) must not be missing or damaged.
- Always install clip (2) with the sealing ring.
- Check the detents (3).
The detents (3) must not be missing or damaged.
- Clip in the wheel arch trim (1) with the clip (2).
- Engage the wheel arch trim (1) into the detents (3) in the area of the bumper cover.
