Installing tailgate button

• Replace the tailgate button (2).

  Parts:  Tailgate button

• Check the trunk lid in the area of the tailgate button (2) for damage and rectify if required.
• Connect the connector (1) to the tailgate button (2).

• Insert the tailgate button (1) in the trunk lid and clip into the detents (2).

Follow-up work 

• Install the trunk lid VIBRATION ABSORBER .
• Install the tailgate TRIM PANEL .
• Mount both side rear window frame TRIMS .
• Install the top rear window frame TRIM .
• Install both trunk lid COVERS .
• Install the trunk lid LIGHT .
• Install the power tailgate SWITCH .
