- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.

Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

Additional coolant can leakage. Make sure that no coolant enters the intake port of the cylinder head.

- Replace the seals (1)

- Check the rubber mount (1)
for a correct fit on the intake plenum.NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Clean contact surface (1) .
- Insert the intake plenum (1) and position it.
- Connect connectors (2)
and lock.
The connector (2) must engage audibly.
- Secure clamp (arrow).
- Insert the intake plenum (A) and position it.
- Tighten the screws in the sequence (1)
to (7)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Intake plenum to cylinder head M6 tightening torque 10 Nm - Connect and lock coolant line (1).
The coolant line (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock the tank vent line (2)
.
The tank ventilation line (2) must snap-in audibly.
- Connect and lock the coolant lines (1)
.
The coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.
- Position the coolant line (1)
and secure it with the clamp (arrow).
- Connect and lock coolant line (1)
.
The coolant line (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock the tank vent line (1).
The tank vent line (1) must engage audibly.
- Guide in the wiring harness section (1)
and install.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Feed in and position holder (3) .
- Tighten the screws (2)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Holder to charge air cooler Self-tapping screw M6 Tightening torque 5 Nm - Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
