Remove the acoustic cover of the oil sump

- Secure the vehicle hoist against lowering and lifting.
- Make sure that the vehicle does not lift off the mounting plates on the vehicle lift.

- Loosen nuts (1) and (3) .
- Thread out positive battery cable (2) and set it aside.
- Feed out terminal 50 (4) and lay to one side.
- Loosen clip (5)
.
- Release the clips (1) in the marked areas.
- Remove the acoustic cover (2) of the oil pan.
