In order to guarantee the quality of the Driver Assistance functions in vehicles with concealed radar sensors, please read and comply with the following notes:
No labels may be attached in the radiation areas of the radar sensors.
The component may be painted if no radar sensors have been installed.
The following features can be used to identify whether radar sensors are installed on the vehicle:
Radar sensors are installed at the rear if the triangular warning light is located on the exterior mirror (in the mirror glass or on the mirror frame).
Radar sensors are installed at the front and rear if the triangular warning light is located on the exterior mirror (in the mirror glass or on the mirror frame) in conjunction with the optional equipment S5ATA or S5AUA.

Remount ultrasonic sensors
- Unlock the detents (1) .
- Remove the ultrasonic sensor (2) towards the top.
- Remove all other ultrasonic sensors together with the wiring harness.
- Replace the ultrasonic sensors.
Parts: Ultrasonic sensors
- Snap all ultrasonic sensors into the bumper.
- Secure wiring harness.
- Remount the trim (1).
