51 47... Removing and refitting/replacing left or right privacy screen

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove SCREEN .
Remove SCREEN DAMPER UNIT .

NOTE: For greater clarity, cover is shown removed in illustration.

Remove cover and undo screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 47 12AZ .

Maneuver out privacy screen (2), pulling it outwards.

Installation note:

Guide bush (1) must not be damaged.

Replacement

Remount OUTER SCREEN COVERS .
