52 25 380 Removing And Installing/Replacing Left Or Right Rear Head Restraint Mount

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove rear head restraint. Refer to 52 24 390 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT HEAD RESTRAINT (NORMAL) .
Remove trim for armrest at rear. Refer to 52 25 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE ARMREST FOR REAR SEAT BACKREST .
Remove rear panel on rear seat backrest. Refer to 52 25 ... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR PANEL ON REAR SEAT BACKREST .
If necessary, remove backrest cover for rear seat. Refer to 52 24 410 REPLACING BACKREST COVER (NORMAL) FOR LEFT OR RIGHT REAR SEAT .

NOTE: Move head restraint fully downwards (otherwise removal of head restraint guide is not possible!).

Disconnect plug connection.

Unlock catches (1) and remove guide (2) on left and right towards top.

Release screws (3).

Tilt head restraint mount (4) in direction of arrow and feed out towards top.
